Texas Insurance Consulting ("TIC") is an insurance consulting firm that provides legal and / or technical assistance to attorneys, insurance companies, insurance agents, insurance purchasers, and other persons or entities that are faced with insurance-related problems or opportunities.

TIC does not sell any insurance policies or other products. TIC assists clients with acquisitions, sales and mergers of insurance entities.

TIC also assists and represents clients with regulatory, licensing and compliance issues that involve the Insurance Departments of various states.
